I’ve been using this stretcher along with my regular stretching exercises. I have disc protrusion and sciatic nerve pain, and this product is really helping. I use it for about 5 minutes before and after stretching. It’s not the most comfortable, as it’s meant to apply the right pressure, and it’s a bit large for smaller people. But it’s effective, and I really recommend it.

I’ve struggled with lower back and lumbar pain for over a year due to a lot of sitting and lack of exercise. It got to a point where I was uncomfortable every night in bed. Initially, using the stretcher was painful, but after two weeks, my back feels better than it has in years. It really works if you stick with it. I’ve even got a second one for my office chair to help with my posture.

I was so eager to try this stretcher as soon as it arrived. It felt uncomfortable at first, but after relaxing for 5 minutes, my lower back felt much better. I plan to use it daily, and it might be more effective on the floor than on the bed. I’m 76 years young and loving it!

This was a great buy for me. I noticed a difference in my back and neck after just one use. It took a little time to get used to it, but the results are clear. It’s a bit pricier than similar products, but it’s worth it for the quality and the safety of not pulling on my spine.

Right away, I felt my spine pop in several places. I’ve had severe Piriformis and Sciatica pain, making it hard to walk even short distances. Using this stretcher twice daily for 5 to 10 minutes has been amazing. I can now walk much further with little discomfort.

At first, I thought about returning the Lumbar Stretcher because it wasn’t comfortable. But after a few tries and figuring out the right duration for me, I absolutely love it! It helps significantly with my sciatica and SI Joint discomfort. As a Yoga Teacher, I find it especially helpful when yoga alone doesn’t cut it.
