I used to carefully cut herbs with a knife to remove stems, but this product does the job perfectly. It works best with parsley when inserted stem first, and with rosemary starting at the tip. The knife edge is great for chopping. My daughter also loves hers.

I wasn’t sure I’d use this much, but the price was right. I tried it on Kale and it was great. The chopping blade is a nice touch, and it comes with a protective cover.

This stainless steel herb stripper is very durable and should last a long time. It’s got a sharp blade, which is good because it comes with a protective cover. This is much better than plastic versions.

This is an amazing tool! I didn’t realize how useful an herb stripper could be until I got this. It works great with parsley, cilantro, dill, and thyme. The sharp end is also useful for slicing other small items.

It’s smaller than I expected, which is a plus. I prefer it over a knife for cutting herbs. The stripper works well, especially for thyme, and I use it mainly for basil and rosemary. I sharpened the edge to my liking. Will definitely repurchase.
